Refund Policy


GENERAL POLICY
Once payment has been received, either from a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase, it is not refundable for any reason. Once we give a box to Japan Post for delivery, title and risk of delay, loss, and/or damage of products will pass to the customer. Any customs duties, fees, or restrictions are the responsibility of the customer. Okashi Connection also will not re-ship boxes that are returned due a customer error including (but not limited to) providing an incorrect address or failing to claim the box upon arrival.

SUBSCRIPTION SPECIFIC POLICY
The customer is responsible for cancelling their subscription(s). Once a monthly payment is collected, it is not refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to forgetting to cancel a subscription. Payment will continue to be collected each month and service will continue to be sent until the customer cancels their subscription(s).
